I have found Donormyl 15mg tablets excellent. They are not only an aid to intermittent sleep issues but they are also based on an antihistamine helping to support easier night time breathing for those like myself with allergies. Why I prefer them to other similar products is that they are scored and can easily be broken in half and I find the lower dose more than adequate for me if I'm going through a period when I am having difficulty sleeping. Although I've found similar medication none offer the advantage of having a smaller dose.
