Toplexil is a cough suppressant syrup used to soothe dry, tickly, or nighttime coughs. It contains oxomemazine, an antihistamine that acts on the cough reflex and also promotes sleep in cases of nighttime coughs.

💊 Dosage (adult) : 1 to 2 tablespoons (5 to 10 ml) per dose, up to 3 times a day, leaving an interval of 4 to 6 hours.
