1. Open the bag just before use (heat in the open air)

2. Apply the patch directly to the skin or to a thin garment

3. Leave to act for a maximum of 8 hours

4. Single use

Do not cut, puncture or wet the patch.

• Do not use on irritated or damaged skin

• Do not use while sleeping

• Do not apply to the same area for more than 8 hours per 24 hours.

• Not recommended for children under 12 years old

• In case of diabetes, circulatory problems or pregnancy: medical advice recommended
