For the nose, you can apply it directly to the nostrils, or use it instead of water to wash dry and congested nostril passages.
For the eyes, you can do the same, directly in the eye or on a soaked cotton ball.

On wounds or irritations, Physiological Serum is ideal as a replacement for water, which is sometimes too hard or chlorinated.
