🧠 How to use

Prepare the bottle just before each meal: pour lukewarm water (max 40°C), add a level scoop for 30 ml of water into a clean bottle, close and shake vigorously (horizontally then vertically). Let stand for a few moments, check the temperature, then give within 30 minutes. Once opened, reseal the box tightly and consume the contents within 4 weeks.
