Ducray's Keracnyl PP Soothing Anti-Imperfections Cream is a treatment specially developed for the treatment of oily, acne-prone skin. Particularly prone to imperfections, young skin, but also women's skin, finds this cream an ally in the fight against spots and marks.

With Keracnyl PP, the before-and-after results are often remarkable: the cream is effective and helps free the skin of inflamed spots. To act, the formula relies in particular on vitamin PP, as well as on New Generation Myrtacine, an extract of Myrtle leaves which acts directly against the C.acnes bacteria, partly responsible for acne problems.
