Description :

Dolipranetabs 500 mg is a paracetamol- based medicine used to relieve pain and reduce fever . It is suitable for adults and children weighing 27 kg (approximately 8 years) and over .
Thanks to its film-coated form, it is easy to swallow and well tolerated, with a rapid onset of action.

Therapeutic indications:

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain and/or fever:

• Headaches

• Toothache

• Body aches

• Fever

• Painful periods

• Flu symptoms

Dosage:

• Adults and adolescents ≥ 50 kg :

  • 1 to 2 tablets (500 to 1000 mg) per dose, to be repeated every 4 to 6 hours if necessary.

  • Maximum: 3 g (6 tablets) per day without medical advice.

• Children from 27 to 50 kg (approximately 8 to 15 years old) :

  • 1 tablet (500 mg) per dose, every 6 hours.

  • Maximum: 4 doses per day.

✅ The tablets should be swallowed with a glass of water, without being chewed.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to paracetamol or an excipient

• Severe liver disease

• Fructose intolerance (in case of presence of sorbitol in other galenic forms)

Precautions for use:

• Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose

• Do not combine with other medicines containing paracetamol

• In case of liver or kidney disease or chronic alcoholism, seek advice from a healthcare professional.

• Adjust the dose in case of malnutrition or dehydration

• Exceptionally: liver abnormalities (in case of overdose)
