**Description :

Doliprane Liquiz 200 mg** is a paracetamol- based medicine, indicated for the treatment of pain and fever in infants and young children from 11 kg (approximately 18 months).
The ready-to-use, sugar-free oral solution is ideal for children who have difficulty swallowing tablets. The taste is usually fruity to make it easier to take.

Indications:

Symptomatic treatment of painful or feverish conditions:

• Fever

• Toothache

• Headaches

• Pain related to ENT infections

• Post-vaccination pain

• Flu-like conditions

Dosage:

• Children from 11 to 16 kg (approximately 18 months to 4 years):
  ► 1 sachet of 200 mg per dose, every 6 hours if necessary.
  ► Do not exceed 4 doses per day (i.e. 800 mg/day ).

• Dosage adapted to the child's weight :
  Recommended dose = 15 mg/kg per dose , not exceeding 60 mg/kg/day

• The contents of the sachet can be administered directly into the mouth or diluted in a little water.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to any of the excipients

• Severe liver failure

• Fructose intolerance (due to sorbitol content)

Precautions for use:

• Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose

• Check that other medicines given to the child do not contain paracetamol

• Use with caution in liver or kidney disease

Possible side effects:

• Allergic reactions: skin rash, hives, swelling

• Liver problems in case of overdose

• Very rarely: severe skin rash
