Description :

Doliprane 2.4% is a medicine containing paracetamol , used to relieve pain and reduce fever in infants and young children. It comes in the form of a flavored oral suspension , suitable for toddlers from birth (≥ 3 kg).
Each bottle comes with a dosing pipette for precise administration according to the child's weight.

Therapeutic indications:

• Fever (viral infections, post-vaccination, etc.)

• Mild to moderate pain: toothache, headache, ENT pain, body aches

Dosage:

The dose depends on the child's weight .
The usual dosage is 15 mg/kg per dose , to be repeated if necessary after 6 hours , without exceeding 60 mg/kg/day .

• Example dose:

  • Child weighing 5 kg: 3.1 ml per dose

  • Child weighing 10 kg: 6.2 ml per dose

  • Child weighing 15 kg: 9.4 ml per dose

✅ Use the graduated pipette provided for precise dosing.
⚠️ Do not exceed 4 doses per day.

Contraindications:
