Population Usual dosage
Adults / ≥ 50 kg 2 to 3 tablets per dose (i.e. 640 to 960 mg), to be repeated if necessary every 4 to 6 hours
Maximum / day 4 g of aspirin (or ~12 tablets) without exceeding

  • Dissolve the tablets in a large glass of water before swallowing.

  • Best taken with meals
